Open Call for Entries

The Interplanetary Cookbook includes a collection of in house designs, and public contributions from around the world to reflect the many ingredients that shape our rich food culture on and off Earth. By pushing the boundaries of space food as we know it, we hope to inspire a new field of interplanetary gastronomy that questions what is possible and what is desirable. This is less of a traditional cookbook, but an expression of ideas about the flavours and artefacts of daily life, community, and care.

A second open call is now open! This opportunity invites all storytellers, artists, designers, chefs, and home cooks who wish to inspire new ways of engaging with space. Submissions may include, but are not limited to recipes for space, zero gravity utensils and equipment, and rituals and traditions.

The Interplanetary Cookbook Vol I & II in print are coming soon!
